Appointment Duration & Punctuality

  • Each session lasts approximately 80–90 minutes.

  • Please arrive on time. Arrivals 20+ minutes late will result in automatic cancellation and deposit charge.

Scalp Analysis & Treatment

  • Includes microscopic scalp check, deep cleansing, and relaxing scalp massage.

  • Please remove wigs, dreadlocks, or fixed hairstyles before your visit.

  • Our products are gentle and color-safe, but not suitable for preserving Brazilian Blowouts or similar smoothing treatments.

Your Scalp Therapist

  • All services are provided by certified trichologists.

  • Hairstyling is not included—we offer a basic blow-dry after treatment.

Thick or Long Hair?

  • Please inform us when booking so we can adjust the session time accordingly.

What to Wear

  • Wear comfortable clothing. Treatment gowns will be provided during your session.

Jewelry

  • Please avoid wearing jewelry.

  • If removed, keep items with you—we are not responsible for personal belongings.

Confirmations & Reminders

  • You’ll receive a reminder 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Please confirm within 24 hours to secure your spot.

  • All appointment details will be provided in the confirmation message.

Parking & Transportation

  • Plan ahead to avoid delays.

  • A no-show fee applies for missed or late arrivals.

Bringing Someone?

  • Companions are welcome to wait in our lounge, but space is limited.

  • We recommend they explore nearby cafés or shops during your session.

Children Policy

  • We welcome guests ages 8–16, with a guardian present in the room at all times.

Lockers & Personal Items

  • Lockers are available for your belongings.

  • Please do not take the locker key with you when leaving.

Shoes Off Policy

  • Treatment rooms are shoes-off zones.

  • Sanitized spa slippers will be provided for your comfort.

Quiet Environment

  • Please help us maintain a peaceful space by keeping voices low and be mindful of other guests.

After Treatment

  • A basic blow-dry to the scalp is included. No blowouts or styling.

  • For thick or curly hair, self-dry stations are available.

  • Concerned about frizz? Feel free to bring a hat for a confident exit.

Consent & Safety

  • We use natural aromatic ingredients such as lavender, peppermint, and Dead Sea mud.

  • If you have allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions, please notify us in advance.
