Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment. Arriving 20 minutes or more late, especially without notifying us, may result in cancellation and a 50% cancellation fee.

For groups of 5 or more, please give us at least one week’s notice when canceling or rescheduling. Larger bookings reserve a significant amount of time with our team, and advance notice helps us accommodate other guests.

Cancellation and no-show fees are calculated at 50% of the full price of the affected booked services, before discounts. Discounts, credits, and membership discounts cannot be applied toward these fees.
