Post-Treatment
Learn how to care for your scalp and body after your session to extend results and support long-term healing.
What to Expect After Your Head Spa
Your Head Spa session combined traditional meridian therapy with modern scalp care — stimulating acupressure points, boosting circulation, releasing fascia tension, and promoting lymphatic drainage through your scalp, neck, and shoulders.
You just experienced a deep internal reset — now it’s time to support your body as it continues to rebalance and heal.
💧 Hydrate Well
Your circulation has increased. Drink warm or room-temp water throughout the day to help flush out waste and rehydrate soft tissues.
🛌 Rest Your Nervous System
Give your body space to process the shift from “fight or flight” to “rest and digest.” Avoid intense exercise or heavy stimulation for at least 4–6 hours.
🔥 Keep Warm
The body is in an open, relaxed state. Exposure to cold (wind, cold drinks, cold showers) may cause muscles to tighten and slow circulation. Keep your neck and shoulders protected.
🚿 Delay Washing Your Hair
Wait 3–4 hours before showering. This allows your scalp to fully absorb the nourishing oils and prevents sudden temperature shifts that can cause tension to return.
🌿 Be Gentle With Yourself
Post-treatment, it’s normal to feel:
Lightheaded or sleepy
Slight soreness in the scalp, neck, or shoulders
Emotional shifts or mental clarity
These are signs that circulation, fascia, and energy pathways are realigning.
What to Expect After Your Scalp Management
Our Scalp Management service is designed to deeply cleanse, rebalance, and restore your scalp’s natural function — using exfoliation, therapeutic massage, and targeted products to remove buildup, reduce inflammation, and support a healthy scalp microbiome.
If you experience dandruff, flaking, or excess oil, these symptoms are part of the scalp natural detox and healing process. It can take time to fully reset and regulate.
🚿 Avoid washing your hair for 24 hours
Let your scalp stay fresh and allow active ingredients to fully absorb. This supports the healing process and helps lock in results.
⛔ No chemical treatments immediately after
Avoid hair coloring, perming, or other chemical-based services for at least 14 days, as they can irritate your freshly treated scalp.
🏠 Continue home care as recommended
Follow your scalp specialist’s advice and use the professional scalp products recommended for you. Consistent home care extends and enhances your results.
📆 Scalp healing requires consistent treatments
Restoring balance to the scalp takes time. Stick to your personalized treatment schedule to achieve long-term, visible improvements.
🧢 Keep scalp-contact items clean & personal
Don’t share items that touch your scalp — pillowcases, hats, combs, or hair clips. Always clean or disinfect before use to avoid reintroducing bacteria or buildup.
🥦 Support your scalp from the inside out
A healthy diet, hydration, and good sleep support oil regulation and cell renewal. Healthy habits = healthy scalp! ✨
