Yes. The $50 monthly subscription fee is a recurring access fee to maintain your membership benefits, regardless of how many times you visit.
Yes. Your $50 monthly membership fee will be charged upon signup, then again on the same date each following month.
No. The Monthly Ease Pass is strictly for the named member only and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold.
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will incur a fee of 50% of regular price.
Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.
Yes. The Monthly Ease Pass is only valid Monday–Thursday. All Friday–Sunday, federal holidays, and holiday weekends are blackout dates and excluded from member pricing.
That day is still considered a holiday and is a blackout date. The member rate will not apply.
No. You can visit as many or as few times as you want during eligible days — no minimum required.
Yes, as long as your appointment is scheduled for Monday–Thursday and not a holiday.
Yes. Your membership renews automatically each month unless you cancel before your next billing date.
